Names and locations submitted through a search tool go straight to the outside provider that runs it. That company processes the request and returns any results. Stark County Criminal History does not retain or record those query terms.

An email may be retained as needed to answer it. Messages remain within the operating team unless disclosure is required by a valid legal obligation.
