Official materials state an initial $100 registration fee and a $100 annual renewal fee, subject to statutory inability-to-pay rules. Residence and location limits also depend on classification and offense. Illinois does not impose one universal radius rule on every registrant, and juvenile restrictions are not identical to adult restrictions.
Registry Status Is Not Custody
A registry profile may remain public while a person lives in the community, is in custody, or has another status.
